SPPC Regular Board Meeting Minutes

Present: Shayda Bradley, Ali Jafari, Azin Lotfi, Hassan Mihankhah, Ken Niese, Sheila Shidnia, Firooz Zandi

Absent: Behrooz Vakili

At a regular meeting of the Society for the Promotion of Persian Culture, held at Butler University on 7/21/09, 6:30pm – 8:00pm the president in the chair, and secretary present, the following business was conducted.

Motions

1.     Send an email to SPPC list about Mehregan. Motion: Sheila Shidnia, 2^nd Azin Lotfi

2.     3^rd Summer picnic will be held on Sunday Sep 13^th @ 2pm. Motion: Ali Jafari, 2^nd Hassan Mihankhah

3.     Begin work on newsletter / member directory. Motion: Ken Niese, 2^nd Sheila Shidnia
